It's the disappearing act some people pull when they start dating. What's so unfortunate about it is that Jordan is actually a part of our group. It's not as if he's some guy she just recently met who has to go through the awkwardness of meeting us! He's already in! Naturally, if you go from single to being in a relationship, some of your priorities are going to shift. Maybe your Saturday nights have been reassigned to your new beau. And maybe one of your weeknights, too. But there are five other nights (plus weekends!) in your schedule! Is a couple hours a week too much to ask for friends who have been there for you? And it's not just women who act this way. My friend James and his girlfriend (also both within our social circle) have fallen off the face of the earth since they became exclusive almost three months ago.
European flavor spices up market
In addition to Tuscany Hills, there is already Benevento, which is not only a town in southern Italy but now also a subdivision of 250 all-brick houses in Spring Hill. The first homeowners moved in two years ago. Benevento is "a neighborhood designed with a hint of Italian style," according to its Web site, offering "traditional custom-built homes." And there's also Belle Vista, just off of Henpeck Lane, which is already preparing for its second phase of new homes. Belle Vista is a "European-styled village" according to its promotional literature, with a variety of home plans for buyers to choose from, such as the Bordeaux, which the builders acknowledge as an English cottage, and two French cottage designs, one called the Florence and another called the Dresden.
Looking for solutions to the carbon conundrum
We would consume less energy to heat homes and business therefore less pollution.
. We would have a longer growing season, less crop failure, maybe two crops a year.,
. We would reduce imports of food products grown in the south, we can grow them in Canada.
. We could move crop production further north.

Celebrity meltdowns are as common as Paris Hilton has a new boyfriend stories. Obviously Britney Spears has been there, so have Mariah Carey, Russell Crowe, Anne Heche, Dave Chappelle and others. A new edition to the club? Rocker Ryan Adams, who, according to reports, "pitched a fit" for a Minneapolis audience. Though he didn't shave his head during the show or throw a phone at someone in the audience, he was said to be bitching and moaning about the sound monitors and stopped the show at one point to move equipment. Seventy minutes after he started, he announced "last song," played it and didn't return for an encore. "I don't know what the story was," guitarist Neal Casal told the Star Tribune afterward. "I just play guitar." Now, to be accurate, this wasn't Ryan's first fit.
Sky Italia for IPO?
It has made offers to Barcelona and Real Madrid to exclusively acquire their TV rights for around E120 million per year each, (doubling their current TV revenues), from the 2008-2009 season for a five year period. Mediapro is also in talks with other important football teams, like Valencia and Atletico de Madrid.
With this move, Mediapro (La Sexta) is challenging Sogecable, owner of DTH platform Digital Plus, which currently controls most of the football TV rights in Spain through its subsidiary Audiovisual Sport. La Sexta is betting on football to make itself room in the Spanish TV market in a very short time. It has already acquired this summers World Cup rights for around E100m.

US cablecos to bid for mobile According to US press cable television operators including Time Warner and Comcast are considering a joint bid with Sprint Nextel, the third largest mobile carrier, for wireless spectrum in the auction set to attract bids from a long list of media and telecoms companies.
