| Ask the Carey Brothers: Cleaning vinyl siding
Q. I have a small, portable one-room air conditioner that I've used for several years. Now, some of the grease has leaked from the rear of the unit onto the vinyl siding of my house. How do I clean it off? A. Always try soap and water first or the cleaner that is recommended. Having said that, and because the grease you're describing is probably a petrochemical based material (not silicone), it can probably best be cleaned using something like gasoline or acetone. First, make sure there are no flames or sparks nearby, and turn off and disconnect any nearby appliances that could spark while you're working. No smoking during this project. Then, simply put a very small amount of gasoline onto the rag and wipe. The stain will disappear. .
The Middle East's ultra-luxury hotels
Business and leisure travel to the region has climbed 18 percent a year since 2005 , according to Deloitte's annual Hotel Benchmark Survey, released this week, and is expected to grow another 6 percent this year, to 41 million visitors. This has fueled renewed interest in the palace-style hotels that once pampered kings and aristocrats more than a century ago. As a result, exquisite restorations of such ancient structures, including cave dwellings and Bedouin camps (some dating to the 1st century) coupled with modern luxuries such as air conditioning and Bulgari toiletries are now available to luxury travelers across the Middle East, from Bethlehem to the Turkish hinterlands. And new hotels are going up "at breakneck speed," says Lorna Clarke, director of the survey. .

High court ruling on 401(k) suits to be tested in Charleston
It is estimated that 50 million employees have $2.7 trillion invested in 401(k) plans. Two lower courts, including the U.S. District Court in Charleston, disallowed LaRue's complaint. The Supreme Court agreed to hear arguments last year. In their ruling the justices agreed that LaRue, who lives in Texas, could sue to recover not only his losses but any profits he would have earned from that money. "It's a very, very big ruling, and actually it's more than I could have personally hoped for," said Greenville attorney Robert Hoskins, who helped represent LaRue in the appeal. Hoskins said the original case will 'go back to square one,' to where it was filed. 'What will happen is we will end up back in Charleston,' he said. LaRue filed the case in 2004 in federal court in Charleston, where DeWolff Boberg was incorporated and once had an office.

It's official: Sienna Miller and Hayden Christensen are snogging. View the evidence. Update: Wrong, wrong, wrong. Although some people would like to think that See-See has moved on from Jude, it's simply not true. The photos on Egotastic.com were in fact of Hayden and his longtime Lola Skye. They were not of Hayden and Sienna. Read the correction. .
